Connie Mack Stadium was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Pocatello Boccabellas and the Niagara Falls Frenzy.

The Pocatello Boccabellas picked up a win at Connie Mack Stadium, knocking off the Niagara Falls Frenzy, 5-4. Starting pitcher Martín Ramírez was an essential part of his team's success. Ramírez, now 1-1, was the winner. In 7 innings, he gave up 8 hits, while striking out 8, walking 0, and allowing 3 earned runs. Jaime Espinoza earned the save for Pocatello, his 2nd.

Ray Bryant, who is the 3rd-best prospect in the Boccabellas organization, helped out the Pocatello cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the center fielder went 1 for 3 with a walk.

"Martín was Martín," said Boccabellas manager Danny Lombardi. "We know what we'll get whenever he takes the mound."

The Boccabellas, with only their 2nd win in 8 games, have not had much to write home about in 2028.
