The 2028 season is getting ugly for New York.

Baffin Island right-hander Robert Reeves made an effective start against the New York Knights at Roy Hobbs Memorial Ballpark, leading his team to a 11-3 win. Reeves picked up the win for Baffin Island, going 7.2 innings. He gave up 3 runs on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 11-3.

Baffin Island grabbed a 5-3 lead in the top of the fifth when Eduardo García hit a 2-run double. For the day, García was 2-3 with a home run and a double, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once.

"I just tried to attack the bottom of the zone," Reeves said.
