Stars Take Down River Sharks, 8-1
|
Springfield Stars starter Claudio Martínez had all his pitches working at Kekambas Park. His stellar performance paved the way for an easy 8-1 Springfield win over the Austin River Sharks. The Stars improved to a lofty 114-43.
The fans who came in support of the Stars were pleased with the outcome. It was what they had hoped for when they passed through the turnstiles at Kekambas Park.
"Claudio's stuff was electric," said Springfield manager León Gonzáles.
