The San Francisco Bandits stopped the Maui Tropics, 6-4, at Bay View Park. The Bandits got a big game from Cory Foster, who went 3-4 with 3 singles and a walk, while adding 2 RBI. San Francisco bumps their record to 63-93 with the win.
With San Francisco leading 3-2 in the bottom of the fourth, Foster hit a fastball from John Burris for a run-scoring single. It was his 70th hit of the season and put the Bandits ahead, 4-2.
"I felt good up there," said Foster. "I saw the ball well."
