Bandits Outmuscle Nassau, 10-8
The San Francisco Bandits and Nassau Rockets lit up the scoreboard at Bay View Park.

A 4-RBI performance from the former first overall pick Michael Elliott helped the San Francisco Bandits beat the Nassau Rockets, 10-8. Earning his 19th save of the year was Mitsunari Taguchi.

Elliott turned the game around in the bottom of the seventh. That's when the San Francisco right fielder dialed up a grand slam home run. Just like that, San Francisco's 8-5 deficit turned into a 9-8 lead.

"I believe in our guys," said San Francisco skipper Felipe Díaz. "I like the energy they're playing with."

San Francisco has now reeled off 6 straight wins.
