Miller Named Top Reliever for CL Monday, November 6th, 2023 The manager of the St. Louis Browns said he always had confidence handing the ball to Brent Miller out of the bullpen. The 27-year-old was a dominant performer all year for St. Louis and his efforts have been rewarded with the Continental League Reliever of the Year Award for 2023. The bullpen ace had an impressive 2.22 ERA this season, with 31 saves in 62 relief appearances. He fanned 100 batters in 65 innings and sported a record of 4 wins and 4 losses. Paco Canpos of the St Charles Sheens finished second in voting, while Hyo-chin Kim of the Jersey Shore D-Bags finished third. |
