Lao Torches Knights for 5 Hits Monday, July 17th, 2023 25-year-old Baffin Island third baseman Keng-chi Lao had a big day with the bat at Roy Hobbs Memorial Ballpark today against the New York Knights. He went 5-for-7 and led the Beavers to a 30-1 triumph over them. Keng-chi Lao hit a two-run single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, grounded out in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and grounded out in the 8th. For the year Lao is batting .294 with 4 home runs. |
