Star of the Week Named in 3MSL Monday, July 19th , 2055 MSL Las Vegas fans had a lot to cheer about this week as center fielder Matt Lewis brought home the M3L Mexican Summer League Player of the Week trophy. During his week-long batting binge he reeled off a .643 batting average, 9 hits and 2 home runs. Lewis also racked up 2 RBIs and scored 4 runs. In his stats this season, Lewis has posted a batting average of .338 with 45 hits in 133 at-bats, 7 home runs and 19 RBIs. He has also scored 22 runs, walked 13 times and compiled a .397 OBP. |
