MSL Northern Virginia Loses Larry Jackson, Will Miss Season Saturday, June 24th , 2056 Larry Jackson has to call it a season. The MSL Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids starting pitcher sustained a season-ending injury against the MSL Colorado Billy Goats and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Jackson was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and stated that he would not be able to play for 10 months. Jackson has started 8 times this year, pitched 42.1 innings, fanned 44 batters and walked 18. His current record is no wins and 5 losses with a 5.74 ERA. |
