Longboardia Selected SMSL's #1 Player Tuesday, September 19th , 2056 Evan Longboardia of the MSL Hollywood Shredders had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Most Valuable Player Award for 2056. The 18-year-old third baseman put up a .352 average and a .409 on-base percentage, piling up 69 hits, 13 doubles, 3 triples, 10 home runs, 29 RBIs and 22 runs scored. He received 9 first place votes out of a possible 10. Ricky Aspee of the MSL Mississippi Mockingbirds finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Matt Sorensen of the MSL Cape Coral Hurricanes finished third.
