Kline Picked Best Player Monday, July 10th , 2056 MSL Seattle fans have something to crow about today as MSL Seattle center fielder Danny Kline nabbed the USPL Mexican Summer League Player of the Week Award for his performance over the last seven days. "I know there are times when it's hard to lay off pitches. Everyone goes through stretches when he's too eager to put the ball in play. You know, though, I feel like this past week I was able to get in the right frame of mind and just let things come naturally," said Kline. He posted a .750 average (9-for-12) this past week with 2 home runs, 5 RBIs, and 3 runs scored. In his season totals, Kline has 4 home runs, .317 BA, .413 OBP, 14 RBIs and 13 runs scored. He has played in 27 games. |
