Irate Moran Suspended 4 Games Saturday, August 19th , 2056 Beavers catcher Tim Moran was incensed after being suspended for 4 games by the commissioner's office following a heated argument the day before in the Northwest Territory-Greenport game at Ballpark of Robbins. He was thrown out of the game for arguing a strike call. The league office cited Moran for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct," which included throwing his hat at the umpire several times. Currently Moran is hitting .159 and has collected 6 home runs, 24 RBIs and scored 11 times, while playing in 69 games. |
