Denton and Stephens Fight, Get Suspended Wednesday, July 12th , 2056 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Northwest Territory-Long Island contest at Beaver Town. The Beavers Bryan Denton and the Ducks Kent Stephens will have to sit out 4 and 8 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. Currently Denton is batting .230 with 7 home runs and 21 RBIs. This season Stephens has recorded 1 save with a 2-0 record. He's made 9 relief appearances, tossed 29 innings while fanning 39 with a 3.72 ERA. |
