Athletic Club KC Captures Wild Card Monday, September 4th , 2056 It came down to the wire for the Athletic Club KC U-21, but they have clinched a spot in the USPL Low A postseason. "We wanted the Premier Low A division, but once that wasn't possible, it was tunnel vision to try to get the wild card," said starting pitcher Jeff McClorey. "We feel we've got as good a chance as any other team now that we're in the playoffs." The team currently sits with a 60-33 record and will be vying for their 4th PL R Championchip championship. |
