Barrage of Hits Gets Meredith PAA Award Monday, August 21st , 2056 It was announced today by the USPL Double A that Ithaca right fielder Henry Meredith had received the Player of the Week Trophy for his superlative play last week. During his week-long batting binge he reeled off a .667 batting average, 10 hits and 3 home runs. Meredith also racked up 5 RBIs and scored 6 runs. Thus far this year Meredith is hitting .240 with 15 home runs, 40 RBIs and 40 runs scored. |
