King Has 20-Game Hitting Streak Wednesday, August 2nd , 2056 Andrew King continued his streak at Heron Field today, even as the ballgame did not go his way. The Virginia Beach center fielder was 1-for-5 in today's contest and now has hit safely in his last 20 games. The Whales were not as fortunate, losing 6-2 to the Lake Murray MotorBoaters. "King was hitting everything we threw at him," said Lake Murray manager David Buchanan. "He is a tough out. Fortunately, things went our way in the ballgame today and we came away with a win."
