Piña 5-for-5 Against Fat Cats Sunday, May 28th , 2056 A jubilant Arturo Piña joined the postgame press conference at Experimental Stadium today to offer some unusual words of encouragement -- for the Ottawa Fat Cats pitching staff he had just vanquished. "It may not have looked like it," said the Gwinnett Guinea Pigs left fielder, "but I saw some awful good pitches today. If luck hadn't been on my side it might have turned out a lot different." That would not have been the conclusion of anyone who saw his dominant 5-for-5 hitting performance, which led the Guinea Pigs to a 13-6 win. "He made it look easy," said Jorge Carranza, manager of the Fat Cats. "We never figured out what to do with him. Obviously." Arturo Piña hit a two-run double in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Walt Gregory in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Chandler Lester in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
