2056 Top Player Honored By SAAA Monday, October 9th , 2056 The future looks extremely bright for José Mondragon. At the age of 24, many players are still trying to find their way in USSL Triple A. Mondragon has not only found his way, he's already established himself as one of the game's brightest stars, today being named the winner of the USSL Triple A Outstanding Hitter Award. "I didn't expect to hit .345 this year, that's for sure," the first baseman said. The Alaskan Humpbacks star also put up a .431 on-base percentage this year, with 129 hits, 27 doubles, 1 triple, 29 home runs, 85 RBIs and 74 runs scored. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Gwang-soo Deungjeong of the Alaskan Humpbacks finished second in voting, while Atticus Sappington of the Tortolita Drummers finished third.
