Star of the Week Named in SAAA Monday, June 5th , 2056 Ramón Morán demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the USSL Triple A Player of the Week Award. The Ft. Myers third baseman wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .545 average (12-for-22) with 1 home run and 5 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. This year Morán has collected a .333 batting average to date with 35 hits in 105 at-bats, 15 RBIs, 3 home runs and scored 13 times. He has played in 26 games. |
