Best 3L Reliever Named
Tuesday, October 31st , 2056
Bernardo Hernández of the Toledo Stingers said he never set out to win the Menard's Third League Reliever of the Year Award this season, but he'll certainly take it.
"2056 was a pretty good year for me, that much is obvious," he said. "This is icing on the cake."
The 31-year-old out of Phoenix, Arizona fashioned a 1.37 ERA this season over 59 innings of work. He made 40 relief appearances and had 6 saves, 72 strikeouts, 26 walks and a record of 7 wins and 3 losses.
Shuji Ando of the Colorado Billy Goats finished second in voting, while Amin Yahouse of the Toledo Stingers finished third.
