It has been bestowed on Conor Starks of the Santa Catalina Condor. The 32-year-old Condor ace finished the year with a 10-4 mark, logged 23 starts, threw 148 innings, yielded 123 hits, struck out 180 and held the opposition to a .224 batting average. Jesús Ramírez of the Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC finished second in voting, while Brian Hill of the Colorado Billy Goats finished third. |
