Thunder Bay Loses Dan Taylor, Will Miss Season Thursday, September 21st , 2056 The season is finished for Dan Taylor of the Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Northern Lions BC reliever suffered a damaged elbow ligament while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids. Team doctors said it would take at least 13-14 months to heal. This year Taylor is 3-and-5 with 4 saves and a 4.47 ERA. He has given up 42 hits in 56.1 innings with 81 strikeouts. |
