First-Year Fame: Echo Park Hurler Honored Friday, September 1st , 2056 One of the bright young starters in the Menard's Third League, Jeremy Dean is living up to the potential that Lakers scouts thought might be there. As a starter for Echo Park, Dean paced his team with a 4-0 record in August to earn himself Rookie of the Month accolades. He made 0 starts, tossed 22.2 innings, struck out 30 batters and allowed the opposition to hit .205 against him. Thus far this season, Dean has worked 76 innings with 76 strikeouts en route to a 7-2 record and a 2.61 ERA. |
