Cape Coral Hurricanes Reliever Fell Through Barn Roof - Out 8 Weeks
Monday, October 30th , 2056
A do-it-yourself carpentry project went awry for reliever Silas Brown, who reportedly crashed through the roof of a barn at his home in Sheffield, Ohio, breaking a rib and sustaining three non-displaced fractures in his vertebrae. The Cape Coral Hurricanes 25-year-old right--hander is expected to be laid up for close to eight weeks. He is hoping to compete for a spot in a revamped Cape Coral Hurricanes' bullpen, but the injury may pose a significant setback to those plans.
