Reliever of the Year Award Goes to Hernández Friday, September 22nd , 2056 At the young age of only 24, Miguel Hernández has been named the USSL Single A Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2056. The future appears bright for the Holy City Herons relief ace, who captured the award with 25 saves in 40 relief appearances, 79 strikeouts in 61 innings and a record of 2-1 to go with his 0.74 ERA. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Carlos Valtierra of the Delmarva Gallos finished second in voting, while Vaughn Collier of the Alameda Airmen finished third.
