Hobeaus Buried - Out of Playoffs Sunday, July 30th , 2056 Any hopes of a playoff berth for the Smoky Mountain Hobeaus this season were already a long shot at best. But even the longshot hopes are now gone, as the team was officially eliminated from playoff contention today. The Hobeaus have missed the playoffs 18 times in their 19 years as a USSL Single A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 11th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2037. |
