Brandon Pearson Hurt, Will Miss Rest of Year Thursday, July 27th , 2056 The season is finished for Brandon Pearson of the Alameda Airmen. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Airmen shortstop suffered a broken kneecap while running the bases in a recent game against the Holy City Herons. Team doctors said it would take at least 4-5 months to heal. This season Pearson is hitting .166 with 43 hits, 5 home runs, 27 RBIs, scored 22 runs and played in 66 games. |
