Churruca Bags 3A Best Player Award Monday, May 29th , 2056 Eulogio Churruca must have thought he was dreaming. First he went on an exceptional week-long batting spree, bashing the ball at a .500 clip, then the Mancelona catcher finds out he has been chosen the league's best performer and gets the 3A Player of the Week Award. He told BNN reporters in the postgame, "It was a great week for me. I could see the ball so well. Plus some of the balls seemed to have good eyes, too."
