Cattlemen Topple Bullets, 4-3

Fans saw a dandy of a game between the Ft. Worth Cattlemen and Baltimore Bullets.
The Ft. Worth Cattlemen topped the Baltimore Bullets, 4-3, in United States Silver League action at The Cattle Pen. The standout performance belonged to Ft. Worth pitcher and Lévis, Canada, native Qu-bing Li. Marc Potts locked down his 20th save.
Louis Bletsoe, who finished 4th in the SL in extra base hits with 48 in 2053, contributed to the Ft. Worth win with a 2-run home run in the bottom of the third. For the game, the first baseman had 3 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 2 singles, 1 run scored, and 2 runs batted in.
"We were the better team today. Maybe that won't be the case next game, but we'll enjoy it for now," Li told the Ft. Worth Times.
At 45-33, the Cattlemen find themselves in third place in the Silver League.
