Josh Thompson was instrumental in his team's 6-2 triumph over the MSL Echo Park Lakers. The center fielder went 2-4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs for the MSL Buckhead Bowties. The 6th-place Bowties now have a win-loss record of 9-9.

Thompson had a big at-bat with a runner on 1st in the bottom of the third inning, when he hit a double. The Bowties went on to win.
