Dekopin Ohtani knocked in 5 runs to help MSL Hollywood beat MSL Oakland, 10-0. The first baseman collected 1 single, 1 double, and 1 home run. Gregory Barnett, the winner, improved to 3-0. He held the Oaks to no runs on 5 hits over 5 innings, while striking out 3 and walking 3. Pedro Garza got the save, the 1st for him this season.

With MSL Hollywood leading 2-0 in the top of the fourth, Ohtani hit a slider from Jorge Franco for a 2-run home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Shredders ahead, 4-0.

"We didn't put up much resistance," said losing manager Ricky O'Toole.

The Shredders, now 6-2, have been playing some good baseball.
