MSL Vancouver Hot Streak Continues with 5-2 Win
|
The MSL Vancouver Grey Wolves picked up a win at MSL Vancouver Ballpark, knocking off the MSL Long Island Lighthouse, 5-2. Starting pitcher Leonardo Flores was a big reason why. The wins continue to add up for MSL Vancouver, with the latest making it 7 in a row.
The Grey Wolves got an important contribution from left fielder Damon Stone, who in the bottom of the first punched a 2-2 fastball into left for a 3-run home run. It was his 7th home run of the season and put the Grey Wolves ahead, 4-0.
"This was a good win for us," said Stone. "It's one more step toward our ultimate goal."
