Grey Wolves Tack 5-2 Loss on MSL New Orleans
The MSL New Orleans Voodoo got a superb performance from pitcher Millard Landry. Still, it wasn't enough to beat MSL Vancouver. The Grey Wolves won the game, 5-2. Landry threw 6.0 innings of 3-hit ball. Michael Sheppard picked up the save for MSL Vancouver, his 5th of the year. The Grey Wolves move to 21-11 with the win, while the Voodoo drop to 16-16.

MSL Vancouver used the timely hitting of Xing-li Law to seize the win. The right fielder stroked a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Grey Wolves on top, 5-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"I just tried to make good contact," said Law.
