White Walkers Upend U-18, 5-4
The MSL Buffalo White Walkers defeated the MSL Athletic Club KC U-18, 5-4, in USPL Mexican Summer League action at MSL ACKC Ballpark. MSL Buffalo pitcher Dean Medley had a standout performance. Medley, the winner, moves to 4-3. He threw 5.1 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 6 and giving up 2 walks. Ricardo Gamera earned the save for MSL Buffalo, his 6th.

Santos Mata, the 18-year old center fielder , had a direct impact on the outcome. Mata contributed a 2-run single in the top of the fifth inning to put MSL Buffalo up, 5-2.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Medley told the MSL Buffalo Chronicle.

The win puts MSL Buffalo at 13-9 this season.
