MSL New Orleans and MSL Vancouver got after it at MSL Vancouver Ballpark.

MSL New Orleans Voodoo starter Yasuhiko Kimura was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the MSL Vancouver Grey Wolves, 5-1. Russell Anderson was called on to finish, recording his 1st save.

MSL New Orleans used the bat of Luis Solís to get the win. The center fielder hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Voodoo ahead, 5-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it did its damage.

"We did a lot of things right," said Solís.

MSL New Orleans has a record of 1-3.
