Slumping Snowpeople Lose Again, 5-4
|
The performance of Roy Bell proved critical in helping Bompton beat Ellesmere Island, 5-4. The Baby Lakers shortstop went 3 for 3 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs. Dermot Bibby picked up the win, improving his season record to 2-2. He struck out 7 in 8 innings. With the win, Bompton pushed its record to 45-44.
