Crush Deal Rhinos Painful Loss
The Flint Crush defeated the Redwood Rhinos, 4-3, in USSL Low A action at Flint Park. Flint pitcher Albert Martínez had a standout performance. Steve Stewart came out of the bullpen to earn the win. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 3 innings. His record now stands at 2-1. The 5th-place Crush have a record of 23-21.

A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. With the game tied in the bottom of the 11th, an error by the Rhinos allowed the Crush to score the winning run.

"Winning in the last at-bat, there's nothing else like it," said Nance.
