Germantown Beats Capital Hill, 5-2

The Germantown Uruguayans got a stellar performance from pitcher Bill Bennett, who handcuffed the Capital Hill offense en route to a win, 5-2, at Alouettes Ballpark. Tommy Huber recorded his 8th save for Germantown. Capital Hill has now lost 5 straight.
Germantown used the clutch hitting of Danny Kline to snag the win. The center fielder drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Uruguayans ahead, 3-1. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a crucial one.
"I felt we were ready to go," said Germantown manager Myeong-keun Kim. "Our pregame was pretty good."
