Agpalasin Slugs Hounds to 7-4 Win
|
Hicksville designated hitter Efren Agpalasin had a 5-RBI performance, which helped his team down the Ogallala Octopi, 7-4. Mick Ditka got the save, the 12th for him this season. With the win, Hicksville raised its record to 24-22.
Hicksville took a 6-3 lead on Agpalasin's 4th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which he hit off José Silva in the bottom of the sixth, propelled Hicksville to the win.
"It was a solid team effort," said Agpalasin after the game.
