Hounds Get Past Ladue for 4-3 Win
The Hounds grabbed a win, 4-3, at Ballpark of Wellsville, overcoming a fine effort from Ladue pitcher Tracy Dixon. Dixon went 5.1 innings and allowed 3 runs. Troy Hamilton, now 2-1, was credited with the win. He allowed no runs on 1 hit, while striking out 4 and walking 1. The 5th-place Hounds go to 15-16.

Hicksville used the timely hitting of Jeffery Foster to capture the win. The designated hitter socked a solo home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Hounds ahead, 4-3. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a big one.

"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Foster said.
