Athletic Club KC got a strong outing from Michael Adkins as the U-21 defeated the Ladue Rams, 3-0, at Ballpark of Wellsville. Adkins, the winner, moves to 3-2. He threw 6.1 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 4 and giving up 4 walks. Jeff McClorey recorded his 4th save for Athletic Club KC.
