The Germantown Uruguayans and Ogallala Octopi provided some drama for the home crowd.

Getting an impressive start from Gregory Cameron, Ogallala beat Germantown by the score of 3-2. Getting the save was Eddy Poole, his 2nd.

Ogallala used the bat of Luis Torres to get the win. The right fielder hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Octopi ahead, 2-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it did its damage.

"We need to string a few more wins like this one together," said Torres.

With the loss, Germantown is 7-10.
