Jing-quo Au-Yong impressed in the 7-6 Mercer Island win over Minnesota. Au-Yong, who is rated as the 4th best prospect by BNN, went 2-4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The Screaming Eagles now own a record of 50-38.

Mercer Island took a 7-6 lead in the bottom of the eighth inning. With two out, second baseman Milo Hamilton hit a 2-run home run that set the crowd abuzz.

"It wasn't our best performance," said Au-Yong, "but a win in this league is nothing to sniff at."
