Screaming Eagles Pull Even With 4-2 Victory
The Mercer Island Screaming Eagles picked up a win at Atoms Field, knocking off the Bethesda Atoms, 4-2. Starting pitcher Sixto Espinosa was a big reason why. Mercer Island, at 16-16, sits in 4th place in the Premier AA.

Jing-quo Au-Yong, the 22-year old shortstop , had a direct impact on the outcome. Au-Yong contributed a run-scoring ground out in the top of the second inning to put Mercer Island up, 2-0.

"I tried to mix it up, keep them off balance," said Espinosa.
