In a well-pitched game between the Huntington Hermit Crabs and the Alaskan Bush Pilots, pitcher Logan Wrighton was superb. The Huntington left-hander helped his team win, 3-0. Wrighton, now 1-1, was the winner. In 5.1 innings, he gave up 3 hits, while striking out 7, walking 4, and allowing no runs. Alan Sullivan locked down his 2nd save.

The Hermit Crabs grabbed the lead in the top of the fourth. With one out, Henry Harris hit a solo home run off Kenny Green, putting Huntington in front, 2-0. For Harris, it was his 2nd home run of the season.

"Logan was able to execute his pitches," said Huntington manager Manuel Martínez. "Simple as that."

With the win, Huntington goes to 4-4.
