Allen Delivers Walk-Off Win for Thunder Hawks

Qing-lai Li impressed in the 4-3 Ft. Polk South win over Gulf Coast. Li, who is tied for 5th in the SAA in bases on balls with 47, was 1-3 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 times. Ft. Polk South now sits in 9th place in the Silver AA at 45-55.
A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth, an error by the Turbeaus allowed the Thunder Hawks to score the winning run.
"I'll probably toss and turn tonight," Gulf Coast manager John Simpson said following the tough loss.
