Ft. Polk South Blanks Pierogis, Hopkins at His Best
The Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks rolled to an easy 11-0 win over the Squirrel Hill Pierogis at Thunder Hawks Ballpark today. Leading the way to victory was starter Colby Hopkins, who shackled the Squirrel Hill Pierogis and held them scoreless on a 4-hitter.

"This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," Hopkins said in his postgame press conference.

This season he has made no relief appearances with no saves. In 88 innings Hopkins has chalked up 74 strikeouts while posting a 6-7 record and a 4.81 ERA
