Thunder Hawks Snatch Late Win
Daniel Major was a major contributor to the 6-4 Ft. Polk South win over Olympia. The Thunder Hawks right fielder was 2-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk. The winner in relief was Lloyd Anderson. He is now 2-2. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.2 innings. Manuel Liscano locked down his 1st save.

Ft. Polk South took a 6-4 lead on Richard Charles's 10th double of the season. The 2-run double, which Charles hit in the top of the eighth, left Olympia pitcher Ramiro Ramírez visibly frustrated.

Charles called the triumph "a good team win."

The 5th-place Thunder Hawks have a record of 32-31.
