Bullens Powers Ogres Offense
Cosmo Bullens helped his team muscle past the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks, 7-5. In the game, the Olympia shortstop went 4 for 4 with a home run, a triple, and 2 singles. He drove in 5 runs and scored once. Olympia pitcher Rodrigo Romano got the win. He's now 2-2. Paul Montgomery was tagged with the loss. Juan Galván sewed up the save, his 9th.

Bullens had a game-changing triple in the bottom of the seventh. On a 1-1 fastball from Paul Montgomery, he banged a 2-run triple to right, giving the Ogres a 7-5 lead. It was the 4th triple of the year for Bullens.

"Some wins are easy and some are difficult, but either way we come to the ballpark ready to work hard every day," Bullens told the Olympia Daily News.

Olympia has a record of 26-36, placing them last in the Silver AA.
