Dolphins Earn 9-8 Win Against Thunder
Pine Island first baseman Kun P'aeng contributed to his team's 9-8 win over the St. Petersburg Thunder. P'aeng, who is tied for 10th in the SAA in home runs with 9, went 4 for 7 with 1 run scored to lead the offensive attack for the Dolphins. The win gives Pine Island a season record of 29-26.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 14th inning, when Pine Island designated hitter Cliff Baldwin, facing Steve Cooley, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Dolphins the 9-8 win.

"This wasn't a good win," said Baldwin. "It was a great win."
